Last year, their Inclusion Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) reached 70, an increase of 17 points since 2021. They also invested $1 million in inclusion-focused initiatives, contributed more than 4,800 volunteer hours in support of nonprofit organizations, and spent $890 million with small and certified-owned suppliers.
