Electric Avenue Welcomes Kira Hattie as Customer Care Specialist

Electric Avenue is pleased to welcome Kira Hattie to the team as Customer Care Specialist, where she will support customers with product inquiries, quotes, and orders, delivering responsive, friendly service across the company’s growing customer base.

Prior to joining Electric Avenue, Kira worked aboard an electric-powered tour boat operating in Halifax Harbour, gaining firsthand experience with sustainable technology in a real-world environment. She studied History and Classics at Dalhousie University, and has long held a strong interest in renewable energy and environmental sustainability.

In her role at Electric Avenue, Kira serves on the front lines of customer support, helping customers navigate product options and orders while ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. Her people-first approach and enthusiasm for clean energy align closely with the company’s mission to make EV charging more accessible and approachable.

“I was drawn to Electric Avenue because of its focus on sustainable and renewable energy,” said Hattie. “I’m most excited about connecting with customers and colleagues, and having the opportunity to encourage greener solutions through the work we do every day.”

Outside of work, Kira is deeply involved in volunteering and community service. She has previously volunteered in support of veterans and service members, and in recent years has been active with Hospice Halifax.
