EV-Tronix: High Voltage Safety Lock (HVSL) Connectors

Amphenol PCD Shenzhen HVSL Circular Connectors for electrical vehicle (EV) batteries, chargers, and related applications feature up to 1000V voltage, up to 330A operating current, and a -40ºC to +125ºC operating temperature range.

HVSL connectors provide a 2.8 to 10mm RADSOK contact and IP67 / IP67K sealing. The series includes secondary locking and external or internal HVIL. Applications include EV batteries, chargers, inverters, junction boxes, and power distribution boxes.
