She will oversee product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and market education, helping customers access reliable, efficient, and sustainable transformer solutions that support long-term operational success.

Yadav brings a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial leadership. She previously served as HPS Product Manager for Low Voltage Transformers and now returns with expanded experience, most recently as General Manager at Applied Industrial Technologies, where she led sales and marketing initiatives. She holds an Electrical Engineering degree from McMaster University.

“Annu’s experience and insight into customer and market needs will help us deliver solutions that support operational efficiency and long-term value,” said Ted Simpson, Vice President of Marketing at HPS. “Her leadership ensures HPS continues to provide high-value, reliable, and sustainable transformer solutions our customers can count on.”
