Champion Fiberglass® Commissions Fourth Production Line, Commences Construction on Fifth Production Line

Champion Fiberglass® is proud to announce its eagerly anticipated fourth production line is now fully commissioned and operational, manufacturing fiberglass conduit to meet growing demand. With this new fourth production line, the expanded, digitally upgraded Champion Fiberglass facility is expected to increase output by 50%.

In addition, the company has started construction on a fifth production line, which will increase capacity even further, and should be operational by June 2026. The company has already received shipment of the winder and pulling machine for this line.

“Across the U.S. and Canada, engineers and contractors continue to choose fiberglass conduit for its superior strength, durability, and ease of installation while delivering more efficient, reliable results,” said Goran Haag, Executive Chairman and Founder. “From transportation and utilities to data centers, wastewater treatment, and chemical processing, fiberglass offers performance and clear cost advantages over PVC, PVC-coated steel, and traditional steel conduit. Adding the fourth and fifth lines ensures we can keep pace with rising demand.”

Champion Fiberglass doubled its capacity in 2020 with a new manufacturing line and after one year, that line was already running at capacity. The company currently operates 142,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. It remains the only conduit-industry company to achieve ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, underscoring its commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety.
